📝 Venture Capital Deal Flow Highlights in Southeast Asia
Singapore-based Grab could set the SPAC record in a ~$35B deal, run by U.S. tech venture capital investors Altimeter Capital Management. This would make the deal the largest “blank check” SPAC to date.
Singapore-based Mintable that created a Non-fungible token (NFT) platform backed by Mark Cuban, announced the close of its seed round from Sound Ventures, the venture fund founded by U2 manager Guy Oseary and American actor Ashton Kutcher.
